DBG Poker Review 2024

The most famous Italian poker room today is DBG Poker. While all other poker rooms in this country are exclusively available to Italians, DBG Poker is not one of them. It uses a union with European pool, that is, this site is available to players from many European countries.

Software

The software in the room is rather outdated and archaic. DBG Poker cannot be downloaded, since the lobby is launched directly in the browser. It works on Flash technology, which is no longer supported by many browsers, so the administration of the institution promises to soon release a new platform in HTML5.

The main lobby is standard in appearance. Here you can select the desired table and tournament, see the number of players, limits and other parameters of the selected table or tournament. Players have access to filters by limits and the ability to hide full tables. You will not be able to queue up here, since such functionality is not provided. When you open a table, it appears in a new browser window, which may not be very convenient on weak devices.

Since DBG Poker is an Italian poker room, most of the players here are from this country. The game is played only in euros. The largest number of online players is observed in the evenings according to the Italian time zone, and the simultaneous number of players can exceed 1600.

All cash tables in the room are presented in 6-max format, and from the available disciplines there are Hold’em and Omaha. Almost all online game is concentrated on tables up to $ 100 NL inclusive, and the most expensive game is played at the limits of $ 4 / $ 6. Our DBG Poker review wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t mention rake. All tables are charged 5% rake with a cap of 5 euros, and the structure of its withdrawal is a dealt. This means that the rake is evenly distributed among all the players who took part in the distribution, regardless of their stake in the pot. Rakeback here is equal to a fixed 25%, and the room keeps 20% of the profit for itself. There is no regular bonus program here, but sometimes the room holds promotions for its players.
